Inside Sales & Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Sales Head and working alongside Accounts Executives, the Inside Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for the entire Pre-Sales process of an enquiry, along with lead generation activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers, with customer enquiries, by obtaining multi-vendor Quotes, decide on best pricing, prepare Quote (using CRM) and help Account Managers to win deals
  • Gain thorough knowledge on Products, Services and Solutions offered by Dell, HP, CISCO
  • Learn and develop knowledge about IT Infrastructure Products (Servers, Networking Equipments, Security, Storage), Services & solutions (Remote Mgmt, Disaster recovery, low latency etc)
  • Negotiate with Suppliers, to ensure prompt shipment
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Team for Shipment, and Technical Team Service Manager to complete technical work on time
  • Interact directly with customers on status update
  • Process ‘Renewals’ (Licenses, Contracts) by liaising with Customers
  • Fluent user of CRM, MS Office tools
  • Attend partner events, accompany Account Managers with client visits, follow-up and nurture leads
  • Prospecting for new Accounts – cold calling, social media, marketing campaigns etc
  • Very professional verbal and written skills, interacting with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Work with a sense of urgency and multi-tasking, in a fast paced environment
  • Natural negotiator, dealing with multiple vendors to get best pricing yet retain excellent vendor relationship

Job Requirements

  • University / College degree with IT / Business as Major; Fresh grads are welcome
  • Basic knowledge about Computer Hardware and Networking
  • Familiarity with Sales process and Info Comm Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hunger to learn and grow, work in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task, pay attention to details
  • Strong work ethics, positive attitude and work as a team
