Post Implementation

When an Infrastructure project is delivered, your team need to be educated about the new solution, to help them adopt change and extract value for both personal and organizational growth. The team could be a cross-section of your organization that is impacted due to the implementation. So, we develop a customized training program catering to each group (as listed below) and help them to adopt the new solution faster and better.

And, your training needs will be customized as per the roles & responsibilities of your team that typically fall under any of the following categories.

  • End Users: Your front-line team comprising the main users of your IT assets such as VOIP and Computing devices
  • Power Users: Your ‘advanced’ end users, who act as Functional Contact Points for specific services such as Helpdesk, Business Analysis etc
