Sales Head

Reporting to Sales Director, the Sales Manager will provide sales leadership, maintain client relationships, ramp up sales operations, implement best practices, coach and direct the team across multiple engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage set of accounts in multiple verticals and grow business in these accounts across all company services
  • Build excellent relationships with all stakeholders
  • Lead a team of Field Sales and Inside Sales to respond to develop sales volume
  • Develop business cases that clearly offer compelling value proposition to customers

 

Job Requirements

 

  • University / College degree with IT / Business as Major
  • Ability to liaise with all levels in an organization
  • 8-10 years relevant selling experience in a B2B / IT Infrastructure space
  • BFSI Industry experience is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethics, positive attitude and work as a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • 25% travel required
