Support contract customer will receive Monday to Friday 8x6 support with 4 hrs
response to their service request call. Under this support agreement customers
are entitled to receive unlimited telephonic and email support. They will also
get on-site support for total of 24 incidents in a year.

Under
this Support contract customer will receive Monday to Friday 8x5 support with 4
hrs response to their service request call. Under this support agreement
customers are entitled to receive unlimited telephonic and email support. They
will also get on-site support for total of 12 incidents in a year.
